About The Position

The Windchill Functional SME will support Windchill implementation and transformation initiatives by generating functional requirements, designing solutions, supporting user adoption, and delivering Train-the-Trainer activities. The role bridges business stakeholders, product teams, and technical implementation teams, translating business requirements into scalable Windchill solutions while supporting organizational readiness and knowledge transfer. The position is onsite in Columbus, US.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience.
• 7+ years of Windchill PLM functional consulting and implementation experience.
• Strong experience in Windchill PLM implementations.
• Expertise in business process analysis and requirement engineering.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRSs, user stories, and process documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Engineering Change Management and Product Development Lifecycle.
• Experience supporting UAT and business validation activities.
• Hands-on experience with Meritor business processes.
• Understanding of CDBS applications, workflows, and data structures.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, product development, and supply chain processes.
• Experience delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Ability to develop role-based learning content.
• Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and engineer functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRSs, user stories, and process documentation.
• Support solution design for Windchill implementations.

• Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs and develop role-based learning content.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations.
