About The Position

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions and enhancements for Windchill PLM. The consultant will collaborate with team members to address technical challenges and provide guidance on effective solutions. A key aspect of the role is participation in Agile ceremonies within the SAFe Agile framework to ensure timely delivery of PI objectives. The consultant will also be responsible for staying current with Windchill PLM best practices, recommending process improvements, and assisting in training team members on new features and functionalities. Contributions to story refinement, technical design discussions, and effort estimation are also expected.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Windchill PLM customization and development.
• Knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodology.
• Expertise in technical design and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for Windchill PLM based on user requirements and technical designs.
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and provide guidance on effective solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and adhere to the SAFe Agile framework for timely delivery of PI objectives.
• Stay updated on Windchill PLM best practices and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in training team members on new features and functionalities.
• Contribute to story refinement, technical design discussions, and effort estimation.
