Let’s Redefine Possible® Project Name: Heritage Prairie Wind Project Project Location: Reddick, IL The base compensation range for this role is $43.10 - $69.90 per hour. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skill and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, assembly/disassembly, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess valid driver’s license of proper class and necessary endorsements as required by law
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of related experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Receiving and offloading all major components
- Installing loose components for Nacelle, hub, and tower preparation
- Connecting blades to hub
- Setting base and tower sections
- Managing taglines
- Involved with main erection crane assembly and teardown
- Climbing ladders – average 80m
- Drilling and/or tapping of all holes on turbines, generators, compressors, and pumps
- Torqueing/tensioning any bolted connection
