Seeking an opportunity to become a Wildlife Technician to deliver exceptional customer service, while performing all aspects of rodent and wildlife services through daily service stops, and additional customer interactions.
Requirements
- Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc.
- The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Good oral and written communication
- Solid attention to detail
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, with the occasional Saturday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)
- The ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders to service out of the way area, and position yourself to conduct service under/around furniture, equipment, and tight spaces
- The ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- The ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Perform all aspects of rodent and wildlife services through daily service stops, and additional customer interactions
- Meet potential customers by appointment
- Prepare, present, and close new business
- Perform rodent and wildlife inspections and services of all kinds including bees, wasps, bedbugs, and fleas
- Diagnose and resolve wildlife and pest issues
- Diagram properties for treatment
- Read diagrams and explain diagrams
- Perform exclusion services
- Review and communicate contracts with customer and receive payment
- Perform trap checks both snap and live
