Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary!
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

  • Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
  • Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
  • Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications.
  • Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed.
  • Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
  • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal.
  • Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits.
  • Educate customers on wildlife services, and work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.
  • Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
  • Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.
