Requirements

• 21 years of age
• Possess current driver's license
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing exams
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work from ladders
• Subject to drug testing prior to being employed
• Subject to a criminal background check prior to being employed
• Submit a clean driving record prior to employment

• Previous experience in the termite, pest, or wildlife control industry

Responsibilities

• Comply with company and label safety procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with office staff, co-workers, and customers
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours
• Work outdoors during all seasons
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Adhere to schedule and keep appointments with customers
• Respond to service call backs as assigned
• Perform thorough inspection and evaluation of customer properties including interior, exterior, attics, and crawlspaces
• Sell additional services to existing and prospective customers
• Perform other duties as required by management
• Perform general exclusion services, work from ladders, use of general hand tools
