This is a remote, part-time, on-call position supporting a transportation client. The role focuses on impact analysis for biological and aquatic resources, involving technical writing for desktop reports and assessments, and conducting natural resource field surveys. Responsibilities include biological compliance monitoring during active construction, surveys for special-status wildlife and nesting birds, preparation of technical reports, and managing project files and schedules.
