About The Position

A Wig Sales Associate plays a key role in helping customers choose the right wig based on their needs, style preferences, and comfort. This role requires strong product knowledge, customer service skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Understanding different wig materials, styles, and care techniques.
  • Friendly, patient, and able to assist diverse clients (e.g., fashion buyers, medical hair loss clients).
  • Ability to recommend and upsell products while maintaining customer trust.
  • Ensuring proper fit, style, and product presentation.
  • Knowledge of cutting, trimming, or curling wigs is a plus.
  • Clear explanations and recommendations for customers.
  • Quickly resolving customer concerns about fit, comfort, or maintenance.
  • Balancing multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
  • Keeping track of inventory and maintaining a neat store layout.
  • Ability to stand for long hours and occasionally lift product boxes.
  • Preferably : English/Spanish/Portuguese.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting wigs based on their face shape, skin tone, lifestyle, and personal preferences.
  • Stay updated on different wig types (synthetic, human hair, lace front, etc.), cap constructions, and styling techniques.
  • Promote wig care products (shampoos, conditioners, styling tools) and accessories (wig caps, adhesives) to enhance customer experience.
  • Help customers try on wigs, adjust fit, and provide basic styling advice.
  • Teach customers proper wig maintenance, storage, and handling for longevity.
  • Restock wigs, track sales, and ensure proper organization of display units.
  • Maintain clean try-on areas, sanitize wigs, and follow hygiene protocols.
  • Process payments, manage returns/exchanges, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
  • Provide excellent service to encourage repeat business and build customer loyalty.
  • Engage with customers online through promotions, tutorials, or live demonstrations if required.
