About The Position

The Wi-Fi Quality Engineering team is seeking a mid-level quality engineer to work on systems and processes that will test every software change of the Wi-Fi stack. If you are a highly motivated engineer with aspirations to build powerful automation that runs on every class of Apple device, we would love to discuss this opportunity with you! The Wi-Fi Quality Engineering CI team consists of automation engineers, tools developers and UI engineers who contribute by improving the quality of the Wi-Fi user experience. This team creates automation that runs on every class of Apple device, builds internal tools that help validate new technologies and works on user facing features that ship in our products. You will work with both development and testing teams to improve testability through code design and writing automation that runs on a large scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in Software QA Automation Engineering
• Experience in one or more Scripting/Programming Languages including Swift/SwiftUI, Objective C or Python
• Experience in automating tests at Unit, API, UI, non-UI level
• Experience with Continuous Integration systems
• Ability to investigate, debug and triage difficult problems and independently work towards results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to facilitate close interaction with development teams, management, and other organizations within Apple
• Experience with AI and problem solving
