We are looking to add a highly motivated Wholesale Title Clerk to the team, could that be you? The Wholesale Title Clerk is responsible for processing and managing all wholesale vehicle title transactions across our 4 dealership locations. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle high-volume workloads, and a thorough understanding of title regulations and dealership processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an automotive Title Clerk (wholesale experience required)
  • Strong knowledge of DMV/title processing procedures and regulations
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CDK and Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple locations
  • Experience working with E-Title, Dealer Service, and ETRP

Responsibilities

  • Process wholesale title paperwork for vehicle sales accurately and in a timely manner
  • Verify vehicle documentation for completeness and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Submit title applications to appropriate agencies and ensure proper follow-up
  • Track and manage title inventory for wholesale deals across all four locations
  • Process all out of state title work in a timely manner - keep updated log of current status
  • Communicate with auctions, financial institutions, and internal departments to resolve title issues
  • Collecting and receipting in payments for wholesale units
  • Ensure lien releases are obtained and processed correctly
  • Maintain organized records and ensure proper filing of all title documents
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with dealership and legal standards
  • Maintaining wholesale schedule for all locations
  • Flipping inventory
