Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and/or inventory management — ideally in a consumer goods, fashion, or retail environment
  • You're a builder by nature who loves to create order and process from ambiguity
  • You are comfortable leading a strategy but also rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details of the business
  • You’re a strong analytical thinker who can turn numbers into narratives and use data to influence decisions
  • You’re deeply comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, and know how to build tools, models, and forecasts that scale
  • You thrive in ambiguity and love building structure — whether it’s a better forecast model or a faster feedback loop
  • You’re detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with a bias for action and accountability
  • You know how to balance risk, cash, and customer demand — and can zoom in and out between tactical and strategic work
  • You’re creative and innovative; you love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brand
  • You’re agile, and motivated by a fast-paced and ever changing environment
  • You’re passionate about transforming travel for all (but that’s a given!)
