True Classic is hiring a Wholesale Planning Manager to lead forecasting, inventory strategy, and cross-functional alignment for our fast-growing wholesale channel. This role serves as the strategic anchor of the wholesale planning function — driving data-backed decisions that optimize inventory health, margin, and partner performance. You will collaborate closely with Merchandising, Finance, and Sales to develop demand forecasts, manage open-to-buy (OTB), and shape strategies that support both our core replenishment business and seasonal growth opportunities. This position partners with an executional counterpart who oversees day-to-day operational processes, allowing you to focus on strategic insights, scenario planning, and business partnership.
