Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of experience in a related field
  • Experience from relationship‑driven, service‑based sales environments, managing longer sales cycles with a strong focus on client trust, ongoing account management, and renewal or repeat‑business growth rather than one‑time transactions
  • Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into customers
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services effectively
  • A strong sense of urgency and persistence, thriving in high-pressure settings
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Emotional intelligence and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple client interactions simultaneously
  • Curiosity, learning agility, and a knack for building rapport and trust with diverse customers
