Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience required.
  • Strong working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
  • Solid analytical skills necessary to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims.
  • Able to plan and organize activities and workload and respond to multiple demands.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with retail agents to create new business opportunities.
  • Make outbound calls.
  • Educate customers on quoting platforms.
  • Help turn leads into results.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts like email campaigns, social media posts, webinars, and customer events.
  • Making 50+ outbound calls daily to drive submissions and bind orders.
  • Reporting weekly on your sales calls and results.
  • Sharing ideas for social media posts and email campaigns.
  • Hosting monthly webinars and coordinating customer events.
  • Reviewing trends in quoting activity and addressing them with your team.
  • Collaborating with your Regional Sales Manager to refine strategies.
  • Pursuing continuing education and insurance licenses to grow your expertise.
