About The Position

The Wholesale Director is a results-driven commercial leader responsible for growing, managing, and retaining Go Get Em Tiger’s wholesale business. This role owns end-to-end wholesale revenue performance, including new account acquisition, account development, pricing strategy, and partner success. This is a producer role, not a passive management position. Performance will be evaluated primarily on measurable revenue growth, margin discipline, and account health, not activity volume.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in wholesale sales, business development, or revenue leadership (coffee, food & beverage, or hospitality preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing and growing recurring B2B revenue
  • Strong understanding of pricing, margin, and unit economics
  • Comfortable operating independently with executive-level accountability
  • High integrity, strong communication skills, and operational discipline

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow all wholesale revenue channels, including cafés, restaurants, offices, and specialty partners
  • Prospect, close, and onboard new wholesale accounts aligned with brand and margin targets
  • Develop account-specific growth strategies to increase volume, retention, and lifetime value
  • Maintain a clearly defined wholesale sales pipeline and revenue forecast
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key wholesale partners
  • Ensure consistent execution across training, product quality, and service standards
  • Identify and resolve account risks before churn occurs
  • Maintain long-term, trust-based partner relationships
  • Collaborate with leadership on wholesale pricing, discounting, and margin strategy
  • Ensure commissionable revenue aligns with company profitability targets
  • Support contract negotiation and renewal discussions
  • Provide feedback on product mix, packaging, and wholesale offerings
  • Work closely with operations, roasting, logistics, and finance teams to support account success
  • Coordinate training, equipment support, and service resources as needed
  • Contribute to wholesale launch planning for new products or initiatives
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales tracking systems
  • Deliver regular performance reporting against revenue targets
  • Participate in weekly or monthly leadership reviews as required
  • Support development of KPIs and wholesale scorecards
