About The Position

You will lead the pricing implementation strategy for the Wholesale Channel including new and existing reseller sales support, pricing design, billing investigations, and subject matter expert for new product development. You will ensure the accurate delivery of all reseller pricing plan builds and migrations. Lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and operational excellence. Support customer acquisition milestones and exceed annual revenue targets. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
  • E xperience across the following fields: wireless operations, sales, or marketing
  • Contract execution and effective negotiation experience
  • Proven track record of success providing business solutions to Wholesale customers or small to large-scale corporate clients
  • Excellent customer communications and presentation skills (development and delivery)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional organizations

Responsibilities

  • Leading new reseller pricing implementations (2K+ builds and upates annually)
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the Portfolio Prioritization Process, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide Product Development roadmap decision
  • Provide pricing solutions support for the Wholesale Sales Organization and Resellers
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all new provisioning and billing system enhancements
  • Lead quarterly operations reviews with resellers to identify efficiencies, solve pain points, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Support reseller pricing training
