We're seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to customers, dealers, and business partners. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, purchasing, warehouse operations, and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience managing customer orders from receipt through fulfillment. This individual will monitor order status, manage backorders and custom orders, coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams, and provide timely updates to customers throughout the order lifecycle. The role also includes direct interaction with Will Call customers and supporting a seamless pickup experience.
