About The Position
The Wholesale Banking Solutions team supports the various business lines within Wholesale Banking, serving businesses and high-net-worth individuals. This team provides support for the sales management process, including dashboards, management reporting, sales tools, and incentive compensation. The internship program is designed to provide valuable skills in the intern's field of study and offer networking opportunities with professionals throughout the organization. Interns will gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry, work with business leaders on projects, participate in networking events and corporate training.
Requirements
- Officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program with a major in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Information Technology.

Responsibilities
- Participate in projects, system support and activities, and data analysis.
- Learn aggressively by being open to new ideas, asking questions, and demonstrating intellectual curiosity.
- Analyze information to improve decision-making, potentially including pricing, financial analysis, qualitative analysis, credit risk mitigation, identifying borrowing needs, project timelines, and marketing plans.
- Communicate information clearly, logically, and effectively, both in writing and orally, in various settings.
- Display teamwork by working well with others to achieve group goals, leveraging experiences, and leading or following effectively.
- Get results by being accountable, managing risk, pursuing innovative solutions, being flexible to change, and meeting deadlines.
- Understand and follow all company policies and procedures, meet legal and regulatory requirements, and complete required trainings.
- Complete project assignments in conjunction with rotations and work with appropriate oversight.
- Develop and prioritize action steps, and establish and communicate work plans.
- Serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risk.
- Adhere to regulatory laws and company procedures.
