With strong attention to detail, you manage orders and inventory thoroughly and accurately. You are dependable, arrive prepared and on time each day, and consistently contribute to the success of the wholesale team. As part of the wholesale fulfillment team, your primary role is assisting in wholesale order fulfillment. Ensure orders are fulfilled in accordance with retailer vendor guidelines. You maintain organization of orders during the fulfillment process. Together with the wholesale team, you ensure that the orders are sent out ahead of the final shipping date. Inventory tasks include, but are not limited to: Unpacking boxes for the day. Counting, receiving and processing orders. Reorganizing inventory. Helping to create solutions for better inventory storage and organization. Quality control wholesale orders. Review accuracy & quality including but not limited to: SKU Spelling Customization Accuracy Color Number of items Cleaning up your workspace at the end of each day and making sure the area is ready for the next day. Breaking down boxes and helping with cleaning responsibilities. You work with attention and efficiency while maintaining a sense of urgency.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of wholesale experience is a MUST.
  • Clear communication and ability to ask for what you need.
  • Solution-focused and take calculated risks.
  • Thorough in project completion and attentive to details.
  • A relentless drive for results.
  • Courageously creative to try something new while maintaining the brand ethos.
  • Acknowledge the power of choice in all aspects of your life, and you choose happiness.
  • Experience with EDI, vendor guidelines, vendor portal navigation, and other wholesale technology platforms.
  • Professional work experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Office and Google Docs / Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age and able to work legally in the USA.
  • Possess a solid understanding of daily wholesale operations and industry standard wholesale specific terminology.
