Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate various equipment in the whey plant in production and CIP modes.
- Monitor process parameters and react as required.
- Effectively troubleshoot mechanical issue; with Maintenance assistance as needed.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner. Comply with all quality system and regulatory requirements.
- Perform accurate documentation as required by position.
- Effective communication with downstream customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
