About The Position

Enlist as a Soldier into the United States Army and become a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic (91B). In this role, you will supervise and perform maintenance, repair, and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles and select armored vehicles that serve the Army in a variety of mission-critical roles. You will inspect, service, maintain, repair, replace, adjust, and test wheeled vehicles, material handling equipment systems, subsystems and components, and automotive electrical systems, including wiring harnesses and starting and charging systems. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience necessary.

Requirements

ASVAB Score: 92 (Mechanical Maintenance - MM) OR 88 (Mechanical Maintenance - MM); 85 (General Technical - GT)

Responsibilities

Supervise and perform maintenance, repair, and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles and select armored vehicles.
Inspect, service, maintain, repair, replace, adjust, and test wheeled vehicles.
Maintain material handling equipment systems, subsystems and components.
Maintain automotive electrical systems, including wiring harnesses and starting and charging systems.
