About The Position

Join a fast-growing non-emergency medical transportation company providing safe, reliable service to elderly and disabled clients. You’ll be assisting clients to and from medical appointments, discharges, and other healthcare-related trips. We operate at a high volume, and no two days are the same. Flexibility is essential—this is not a traditional 9–5 role, as schedules are driven by trip demand.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (minimum 5 years) with a clean driving record
• Level II background check (required by American Healthcare Association) and clearance through the national OIG Exclusions database
• Pass DOT physical and Fit-for-Duty test
• Ability to push, pull, kneel, bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to remain alert and focused for long periods while driving

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification (training available if needed)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments
• Assist passengers with mobility needs (wheelchairs, etc.)
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and facility staff
• Communicate promptly with dispatch and supervisors
• Follow all company protocols, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
