About The Position

The Wheel Repair Technician will be responsible for repairing and refinishing wheels that have sustained damage such as road rash, curb damage, and scratches. This role also involves straightening bent wheels and ensuring proper inspection and installation of wheels on vehicles. The position is based on flagged hours and requires a clean driving record, strong dexterity, and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • 2 years of painting experience required

Responsibilities

  • Repair and refinish wheels with road rash, curb damage, scratches.
  • Straighten bent wheels.
  • Inspect wheels to be repaired.
  • Properly lift vehicles for repair.
  • Removal of wheels from vehicle and install.
