Position will provide and support participant assessment, training, coaching, and job readiness services. Supervise and/or provide direct employment services to both funded and un-funded program participants earning commensurate or non-commensurate wages. Experience working with persons with disabilities/disadvantages preferred. Must pass background and driver record check, have flexible schedule, valid driver's license, and proof of personal auto insurance. The job involves localized travel using a company and/or personal vehicle, requiring a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance. A background check is required, with no disqualifying criminal history. The position may involve working a variety of shifts and locations, including weekends and evenings, depending upon assignment. Services must be provided in accordance with all policies, procedures, and directives of Goodwill Industries; CARF standards; and principles of safety while protecting both personnel and property. The role also requires proper wear and maintenance of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining agency confidentiality.
