About The Position
AO Globe Life is expanding its leadership team and seeking experienced, growth-minded professionals who are ready to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing remote teams. In this fully remote role, you'll support both clients and team members while helping drive performance in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. For more than 70 years, AO Globe Life has partnered with labor unions, credit unions, veteran organizations, and associations to provide supplemental life and health benefits to working families throughout the United States. Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Windows-based computer with webcam
- Professional home office environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating virtually
- Leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Confidence using Zoom, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools
- Self-motivation and accountability in a remote environment
- Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing others
- A positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Responsibilities
- Lead Client Consultations
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
- Educate clients on available benefit options
- Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
- Develop & Support Your Team
- Recruit, mentor, and coach new representatives
- Lead virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and training calls
- Set performance goals and monitor team progress
- Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture
- Support professional development through ongoing mentorship
