About The Position

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including mission systems, radio frequency (“RF”) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and technologically advanced printed circuit boards (“PCBs”). TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market. This position performs analysis, interprets test results, and follows methodologies for proper lab procedure. The hours are 3rd shift (overnight) from 11 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday - Friday nights. Some initial training may be performed on an alternate schedule. This position is eligible for 3rd shift premium pay of $3/hr.

Requirements

Able to communicate fluently (read, write, and speak) in English.
Ability to follow posted procedures and all safety codes.
Work well by oneself and perform all tasks without much supervision.
Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs.
Ability to work in noisy environment (hearing protection provided).
Ability to work in chemical environments.
Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours.
High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

College chemistry/lab coursework preferred.
Chemistry lab experience preferred.
Electroplating or printed circuit board manufacturing experience helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform pH, titration, spectrophotometry, ICP (Atomic Absorption), and Cyclic Voltametric Stripping analyses.
Evaluate results versus bath specifications and alert supervisory staff of issues.
Maintain a set schedule of testing and retesting as needed through use of software.
Pull samples from baths without interrupting production needs.
Chemical make-up of reagent tanks.
