About The Position

As a Wet Lab Technician you will work in a team-oriented environment, operating production equipment and performing a variety of tasks. Your strong attention to detail and safety orientation would play a key role in producing printed circuit boards.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of entire process, documentation, IPC Test methods and SPC.
  • Possess chemical analysis skills, computer knowledge and micro section prep and analysis experience.
  • Visual acuity as well as eye and hand coordination a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, as well, as reading, writing and mathematical abilities.
  • Ability to follow instructions, quality conscious, detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize work.
  • Team payer with ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Responsibilities

  • Involved in the preparation and completion of work on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work with chemicals such as but not limited to alcohol and acrylics.
  • Works on micro sections, and has knowledge of different micro sections.
  • Performs the testing of the products and the completion of all documentation involved.
  • Communicates regularly to supervisors and managers, suggests and composes procedural changes, maintains a clean, safe work environment, and communicates to supervisor safety hazards and issues.
  • Generates, accumulates, and handles hazardous wastes generated in daily operations, as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.
  • Follow safety regulations, policies and procedures
