VPG is seeking a Western Territory Sales Manager to join our MicroMeasurment Sales Teams. This position will cover the Western US territory. In this role, you will: Actively prospecting, identifying, and close high-value opportunities across diverse industries. Manage key accounts and strengthen relationships with strategic customers through proactive engagement Execute regional sales plans that align with company objectives, targeting long-term growth and increased market share within the territory. Build and maintain lasting partnerships by understanding client needs, addressing challenges, and identifying new areas of value. Partner closely with marketing, applications, and support teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategy and overall customer experience. Oversee and support channel partners as needed to maximize regional reach and effectiveness. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and maintain a strong competitive edge.
