The WWK recruiter will implement the WWK child-focused recruitment model to serve children in foster care who do not have an identified permanent adoptive resource. This role involves maintaining active caseloads, conducting initial referral services, building relationships with children, and performing in-depth case record reviews. The recruiter will also be responsible for family search efforts, developing assessments, providing adoption readiness support, and building a network with individuals knowledgeable about the child. A comprehensive recruitment plan will be developed and updated regularly. The position requires attending WWK Summits, submitting monthly reports, fulfilling Mandated Reporter duties, and meeting regularly with a supervisor to discuss case issues. Effective communication and collaboration with various support staff, agencies, and external parties are essential. Adherence to SCO's personnel policies and performance of other assigned duties are also expected.
