About The Position

The Wendy's Team Member provides fast, friendly, and clean service to guests. The role supports restaurant operations by preparing and managing food safely, maintaining product quality and inventory, processing sales, and keeping the restaurant clean. Team members work with others to provide excellent guest service and help maintain Wendy's processes and policies. Opportunities to train for other roles within the company may be available.
