We are seeking a passionate individual to join our Housing Services, Supportive Housing and HART Transitional Housing teams as a Wellness Worker. The Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub is a new program designed to address critical health and social needs, offering services such as addiction treatment, housing support, and collaborative care to individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction. This awake position involves supporting individuals in the program and completing regular rounds of the property and buildings at various Supportive Housing sites. This is a permanent, casual, relief position with shifts scheduled as needed and available. A Police Records Check (Vulnerable Sector) is required pre-employment. We are committed to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and strive to be a workplace free of harassment and discrimination, removing barriers and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can belong and thrive. We are an anti-racist and anti-oppressive organization and invite applications from all qualified candidates, especially those from groups with historical and/or current barriers to employment.
