About The Position
Claddagh Chiropractic Wellness Center is seeking a motivated, energetic, and growth-minded Wellness Specialist to join their team. This role is for individuals who want to build a rewarding career in healthcare and wellness, develop patient-care and leadership skills, learn about chiropractic, nutrition, mobility, and wellness care, be part of a high-performing team, make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives, and grow personally and professionally. The position is primarily full-time, but exceptional part-time candidates may be considered. Experience is helpful but not required, as training will be provided. The mission of Claddagh Chiropractic Wellness Center is to deliver exceptional natural healthcare and help patients achieve better results faster, with every team member responsible for creating an outstanding patient experience. The Wellness Specialist will play a key role in patient engagement, understanding wellness options, and achieving health goals.

- A background in exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, athletic training, massage therapy, physical therapy assistance, stretch & recovery experience, yoga, fitness, sports, functional medicine, certified nutrition response testing practitioners, Clinical nutritionist, naturopathic physicians, integrative health practitioners, or health coaching is helpful, but not required.
- Experience in chiropractic or healthcare offices.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Nutrition Response Testing practitioner during appointments.
- Prepare testing materials, supplements, rooms, and patient records.
- Schedule nutrition appointments and complete patient follow-up.
- Organize and manage supplement inventory.
- Help patients understand the next steps in their wellness program.
- Support supplement recommendations and reordering.
- Guide patients through individualized assisted stretching sessions.
- Help patients improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and range of motion.
- Follow established stretching and safety protocols.
- Educate patients about healthy movement and appropriate home exercises.
- Document stretching sessions and patient progress.
- Communicate concerns or changes to the doctors.
- Help patients remain consistent with recommended stretching programs.
- Assist doctors with patient flow throughout the office.
- Prepare patients and treatment areas.
- Assist with examinations, documentation, notes, and X-rays.
- Administer cold laser therapy after training.
- Clean and disinfect equipment and patient areas.
- Support patient education and wellness recommendations.
- Anticipate the needs of the doctors and patients.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional clinical environment.
- Create a warm, positive, and professional experience for every patient.
- Check patients in and out efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and help patients remain consistent with care.
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and complete patient follow-up.
- Collect payments and assist with financial conversations.
- Explain services, packages, wellness programs, and payment options.
- Maintain accurate patient information and electronic health records.
- Help manage the schedule and keep patient flow moving efficiently.
- Recognize scheduling gaps and proactively help fill the schedule.
- Assist patients in taking the next appropriate step in their care.
