About The Position

Wellness City is opening a new location and is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join their founding team. This is an opportunity to help launch a new business, build client relationships, and grow a career within an expanding company. As an opening team member, you will help establish a positive culture, receive comprehensive training, work with leadership during launch, and develop sales and customer service skills. Future leadership opportunities may be available as the location grows. The role involves providing outstanding customer service, building client relationships, recommending wellness services, sunless tanning options, UV equipment, and retail products, meeting sales goals, processing transactions, maintaining a clean environment, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, assisting with laundry and inventory, and following company policies.

Requirements

Ability to perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, and laundry tasks.

Nice To Haves

No spa or wellness industry experience is required.
Retail, hospitality, sales, fitness, spa, tanning, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to every guest.
Build relationships with clients and understand their wellness goals.
Recommend wellness services, sunless tanning options, UV equipment, and retail products based on client needs.
Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals.
Process customer transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
Clean and sanitize spa, sunless, and UV equipment between client visits.
Assist with laundry, inventory organization, and general housekeeping duties.
Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive customer experience.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
