About The Position

We are a 100% memory care community with a capacity for 44 residents, located in Johns Creek. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to design and lead the clinical care of our caring program. This role involves leading the care team, ensuring resident well-being, improving care processes, building relationships with residents and families, supporting and training the care team, and contributing to the leadership team's goals. The ideal candidate will be a licensed LPN with experience in long-term care leadership, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for senior care.

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role in long-term care, assisted living, personal care home, or skilled nursing
Proven track record of providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Experience with supervising and mentoring staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and some overtime
Compassionate and hard-working attitude

Responsibilities

Lead the care team to provide compassionate and professional care, ensuring resident well-being and adherence to regulations.
Oversee and improve resident care processes, including activities of daily living and medication management.
Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the community.
Motivate, support, and train the care team, ensuring compliance with rules and fostering a positive work environment.
Be available for residents after hours.
Contribute to the leadership team, monitor operations, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Integrate the wellness philosophy into all aspects of care.
