About The Position
Alto Evergreen Walk Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate, confident, and dedicated Full-Time Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join their team. This role involves leading a care team, providing exceptional resident care, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. The position is full-time, focusing on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM), and requires weekend availability. Pay is based on experience, with same-day pay options available.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Active LPN license in good standing with the state licensing agency.
- CPR/AED certification.
- At least 1 year of LPN experience in a senior care setting.
- Positive criminal background screening.
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the care team while monitoring resident wellbeing in Assisted Living.
- Guide daily assignments, coach associates, and help resolve problems as they arise.
- Provide exceptional resident care in accordance with provider orders, nursing best practices, and company policies.
- Accurately administer prescribed medications and monitor changes in resident condition.
- Respond to changes in condition, medications, or special care needs.
- Provide first aid and other nursing support as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
