About The Position

Copper Aesthetics is seeking a Wellness Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing treatment plans for patients seeking to improve their quality of life through health, wellness, and fitness. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional patient experience by delivering the highest standard of care, promoting patient satisfaction and well-being. This includes conducting evaluations, ordering and reviewing lab results, educating patients on health conditions and lifestyle choices, providing counseling and support, and administering medications and injections. The role also involves collaborating with clinical leadership to refine protocols for new services and staying informed as a subject matter expert on wellness and aging. Copper Aesthetics is part of Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP), a leading provider of medical aesthetics services.

Requirements

• 2 years wellness, hormone therapy, OB/GYN, or nutrition experience.
• Graduate of accredited N.P. program.
• Ability to assess, treat and educate patients on overall health and wellness topics.
• Possesses wide-ranging knowledge of health and pathology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Treats patients and co-workers with respect.
• Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns.
• Ability to work well with physicians, anticipating their needs regarding patient treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients seeking to have a better quality of life within their health, wellness, and fitness journey.
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience by delivering the highest standard of care, promoting patient satisfaction and well-being.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Order and review lab results.
• Educate patients on health conditions, treatment options and health lifestyle choices.
• Provide counseling and support to patients.
• Administer medications and injections following established protocols.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to create and refine protocols for new services as the clinic expands.
• Stay informed and serve as a subject matter expert on wellness and aging, keeping up-to-date with clinic offerings, products, and services.
