Spring Arbor Frankfort is continuing to grow under Spring Arbor Senior Living, and we’re looking to expand our Wellness team with compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about senior care. Available Positions
Day Shift – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time positions available
Night Shift – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time position available
Every Other Weekend (EOW) availability required.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Kentucky
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Calm, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to care

Nice To Haves

• Senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and state regulations
• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes promptly
• Complete accurate documentation and medication administration records
• Support and guide Medication Technicians and Resident Assistants
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams to support resident care plans
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Build trusting, compassionate relationships with residents and families
