Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Kentucky
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

- Senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
- Calm, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to care
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and state regulations
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes promptly
- Complete accurate documentation and medication administration records
- Support and guide Medication Technicians and Resident Assistants
- Collaborate with leadership and care teams to support resident care plans
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Build trusting, compassionate relationships with residents and families
