Requirements

  • Active LPN license in the state of Kentucky
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
  • Calm, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to care

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and state regulations
  • Monitor residents’ health status and report changes promptly
  • Complete accurate documentation and medication administration records
  • Support and guide Medication Technicians and Resident Assistants
  • Collaborate with leadership and care teams to support resident care plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
  • Build trusting, compassionate relationships with residents and families
