This is a great opportunity for nurses who want flexibility, balance, and meaningful work in a supportive senior living environment. Schedule PRN (As Needed) Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
- Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes
- Complete accurate documentation and medication administration records
- Support resident care plans in collaboration with the care and leadership teams
- Provide clinical guidance to Resident Assistants and care staff
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families
