Requirements

• Active Oklahoma LPN license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including charge nurse responsibilities
• Current CPR/First Aid certification through the American Heart Association
• Ability to occasionally exert 50–100 pounds of force

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in alignment with individualized resident care plans.
• Clearly communicate care directions to CNAs, CMAs, and fellow team members.
• Respond quickly to changes in resident health and coordinate with physicians as needed.
• Oversee medication administration and ensure precise documentation.
• Perform regular resident rounds focused on comfort, safety, and overall care quality.
