About The Position
Legacy Village of Salt River is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Wellness Nurse - LPN to join their team. This is a full-time nursing position where the nurse will conduct nursing assessments, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, provide compassionate care and support to residents, ensure their health and well-being are prioritized, administer medications, and supervise caregivers. The role plays a vital part in maintaining the highest standard of assisted living care, fostering independence, dignity, and choice for residents.
Requirements
- Current LPN license
- Ability to work weekends
