About The Position

Allegro Living, the parent company of Allegro Management Company and Spring Arbor Management Company, is building a premier senior living platform. Spring Arbor Frankfort is hiring a Part-Time Wellness Nurse (LPN) to support our Assisted Living community. This role is ideal for compassionate, dependable nurses committed to providing quality resident-centered care, with experience in Assisted Living (ALF), Skilled Nursing (SNF), hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings who value teamwork and meaningful resident relationships. The Wellness Nurse plays a vital role in supporting resident health, comfort, and independence within a supportive team environment.

Requirements

Active LPN license required
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state licensing agency, as required by state regulations.
CPR/AED certified.
Must have at least one (1) year of experience working as an LPN in a senior care setting.
Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
Ability to work flexible part-time shifts as scheduled.

Nice To Haves

Experience in ALF, SNF, hospital, or clinic settings preferred
Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise delivery of care and services to residents within the guidelines of all state and local regulations and accepted standards of care.
Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non-licensed associates and other designated personnel in meeting resident needs and monitor resident condition in AL.
Make work assignments and meet with associates regularly to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/or the improvement of care and services.
Provide resident care according to health care providers orders and in accordance with regulatory requirements, recognized nursing practice, established standards, and Company policy.
Accurately administer prescribed medications, supervise the continuity of resident care, respond to changes in resident condition, medications, or other circumstances requiring special care needs and perform first aid as required.
