About The Position

Allegro Living, the parent company of Allegro Management Company and Spring Arbor Management Company, is building a premier senior living platform. Spring Arbor Frankfort is hiring a Part-Time Wellness Nurse (LPN) to support our Assisted Living community. This role is ideal for compassionate, dependable nurses committed to providing quality resident-centered care, with experience in Assisted Living (ALF), Skilled Nursing (SNF), hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings who value teamwork and meaningful resident relationships. The Wellness Nurse plays a vital role in supporting resident health, comfort, and independence within a supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Active LPN license required
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state licensing agency, as required by state regulations.
  • CPR/AED certified.
  • Must have at least one (1) year of experience working as an LPN in a senior care setting.
  • Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
  • Ability to work flexible part-time shifts as scheduled.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ALF, SNF, hospital, or clinic settings preferred
  • Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise delivery of care and services to residents within the guidelines of all state and local regulations and accepted standards of care.
  • Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non-licensed associates and other designated personnel in meeting resident needs and monitor resident condition in AL.
  • Make work assignments and meet with associates regularly to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/or the improvement of care and services.
  • Provide resident care according to health care providers orders and in accordance with regulatory requirements, recognized nursing practice, established standards, and Company policy.
  • Accurately administer prescribed medications, supervise the continuity of resident care, respond to changes in resident condition, medications, or other circumstances requiring special care needs and perform first aid as required.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
