About The Position

The Member Experience Supervisor plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and hospitable environment for members and guests in a dynamic and fast-paced club setting. This position requires a courteous yet professional attitude during all interactions, ensuring exceptional service is delivered at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-orientated, and committed to maintaining a positive atmosphere while supporting a wide variety of activities and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a custom-first attitude.
  • Strong proficiency in POS systems, reservation software, and calendar management.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships, always be humble, and crush expectations.
  • CPR/First Aid certified.
  • Hungry, humble, and smart teammate.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hospitality experience in resort or club environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe, welcoming, energetic, and well-structured environment for all wellness classes, services, and member interactions.
  • Deliver a high level of personalized service and attention to members before, during and after classes and wellness appointments.
  • Uphold and role model department standards for exceptional member experiences.
  • Serve as a professional presence at the Palmetto Bluff Club Fitness front desk five shifts per week, greeting members, checking participants into classes and appointments, supporting instructors, and assisting with daily operations.
  • Oversee the front desk operations, including Wellness Cafe transactions, retail sales, member inquires, daily billing, contractor invoices, and appointment coordination.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout all studios; complete assigned facility sweeps and inspections.
  • Core responsibility is to maintain the overall upkeep of the Palmetto Bluff Club Fitness Center Front Desk including the comfort station and ensure the space remains tidy, organized, and clean.
  • Process Wellness Cafe and retail transactions accurately, provide product recommendations, and delivery exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborates with team on department goals, class programming, events, facility improvements, processes, and assists with wellness initiatives as needed.
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly department meetings, quarterly All-Hands meetings, training sessions, and other required team gatherings.
  • Participate in the leadership holiday coverage rotation as assigned.
  • Support wellness events, special programs, and departmental initiatives as needed.
