About The Position

Sage + Sound is seeking a Wellness Guide to provide exceptional customer service, educate guests on products and services, and support daily store operations. This role involves welcoming guests, making recommendations, booking appointments, processing sales, managing inventory, and assisting with special events. The Wellness Guide will also lead the store in the absence of management and participate in continuous learning and development.

Requirements

Possess strong sales skills.
Willingness to give and receive feedback on improving the store environment and customer service.
A can-do attitude and the willingness to own every challenge and roll up your sleeves as needed.
A team player and self-starter who thrives working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment.
Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Participate in daily store meetings and product/online education to provide optimal customer service.
Welcome guests and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
Introduce guests to products and services, making recommendations.
Educate guests on the benefits of products and services, providing demonstrations.
Book service appointments and manage check-in/check-out for appointments and classes.
Transact POS sales accurately and maintain reporting.
Assist and offer guidance to fellow Wellness Guides.
Receive inventory shipments and keep stock neat and organized.
Support the planning and execution of in-store special events.
Participate in daily store operations and maintenance, including light cleaning, trash removal, and organizing stock.
Lead the store in the absence of a Lead / AGM / GM, including customer service and store maintenance.
Participate in learning and development activities.
