About The Position

The Wellness Guide, also referred to as a Budtender, helps create a friendly, welcoming, and memorable Liberty experience for every customer. The role fosters a warm, knowledgeable environment that encourages repeat visits and provides customers with information about cannabis-related topics and current trends. Wellness Guides also contribute to an inclusive and productive team environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, exceptional customer-service skills and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for cannabis and helping others experience its value.
• A welcoming and inclusive approach, appreciation for individual differences, and enjoyment of working as part of a team.
• Experience operating a point-of-sale system and handling cash, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and multitask efficiently.
