About The Position

The Wellness Facilities Attendant provides cleaning for the wellness facility. This role involves maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of various areas within the facility, including locker rooms, laundry areas, and recreational spaces. The attendant is responsible for tasks such as picking up towels, emptying trash, restocking supplies, cleaning and maintaining equipment like whirlpools, and general cleaning duties like vacuuming, dusting, and mopping throughout the entire facility.

Requirements

2 years of high school minimum.
Minimum of 16 years of age with available transportation.
No experience required.
No specific licensure, certification, or registration required.
Walking, bending, lifting.

Responsibilities

Provides cleaning for the wellness facility.
Maintains locker room appearance every 15 minutes by picking up towels, locks, trash, etc.
Restocks paper products, lotions, and soap in locker rooms.
Maintains the appearance of the whirlpool by draining, cleaning, and refilling as needed, and checking temperature and chemicals.
Checks data every 2 hours and provides data on the dry erase boards in each locker room.
Empties all trash in the entire facility, including locker rooms, youth services, front desk, and other club areas.
Loads washers and dryers with dirty towels.
Keeps the laundry room clean and dust-free.
Vacuums the entire facility, including locker rooms and youth services.
Cleans mirrors and windows in the entire facility, including locker rooms and youth services areas.
Dusts the entire facility, including all furniture and cove base throughout the club.
Cleans the nursery and other areas in the club, including vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting phones, windows, windowsills, and blinds.
Dust mops the track 3 times per day.
Wet mops the track daily.
Cleans all racquetball courts, including floors, walls, and goody boxes.
Cleans all fire extinguishers and water fountains daily.
Cleans the coffee bar daily.
Wet mops all tile areas, including the foyer and the entrance to the indoor pool, daily.
