About The Position
GenCare Lifestyle @ Scriber Gardens is seeking a full-time LPN or RN / Wellness Director for their Premier Senior Independent/Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. The Wellness Director is responsible for the daily coordination and oversight of all aspects of the health services department in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the quality of life for seniors and contribute to a busy Senior Living Community.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE A NURSING DEGREE
- Experience in Assisted Living
- Experience in Senior Living
- Understanding of Washington regulations
- LPN or RN degree
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a reference check
- Meeting minimum requirements
- Providing all required employment documentation

Responsibilities
- Coordinate, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the staff of caregiver’s and med aides.
- Develop and maintain methods for coordinating nursing services.
- Conduct assessments for initial move-in and on-going of current residents.
