Requirements

Strong computer literacy skills to effectively utilize various software and tools.
Ability to lead regular on-site, off-site, and online education sessions.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in senior care.
Genuine passion for serving others.
Leadership qualities needed to guide our experienced team towards a successful future.
Dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our residents.
Promoting a culture of excellence and empathy.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the health and well-being of all our residents.
Encompassing all clinical aspects of the community.
Supervising and training our care staff to ensure quality care is provided.
Having a primary communication role between residents' families, physicians, and service providers.
Maintaining positive relationships within the Wood County community.
