Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, polished, and highly organized guest experience while protecting the flow of the day, supporting the team, and helping each client feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in what comes next.
  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and presence.
  • Answer calls, texts, and messages with clarity and care.
  • Help guests understand services, memberships, scheduling options, and next steps.
  • Support check-in and check-out flow with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create a front desk environment that feels calm, clean, and inviting.
  • Coordinate appointments with attention to provider fit, timing, and service flow.
  • Support rebooking, membership visits, and continuity of care.
  • Help prevent scheduling errors, gaps, and unnecessary confusion.
  • Communicate clearly with providers and team members throughout the day.
  • Anticipate needs and solve small issues before they become bigger ones.
  • Assist clients with questions about services, appointments, memberships, and policies.
  • Complete data entry and booking updates accurately.
  • Support daily operational tasks that keep the front desk organized and efficient.
  • Adapt quickly when the day shifts, while staying calm and professional.
  • Help create a guest experience that feels thoughtful, steady, and well cared for.
