About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking dynamic and energetic candidates to join our team as Wellness Coordinators. As a Wellness Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients while contributing to the success of our membership-focused model.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
• Assist patients with completing intake paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Promote and sell wellness memberships, educating patients on the benefits of regular chiropractic care.
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately, providing a seamless experience for patients.
• Make outbound calls to leads, providing information about our services and converting leads into appointments and memberships.
• Reach out to community partners to build and strengthen relationships, promoting The Joint Chiropractic and fostering collaboration.
• Address minor patient issues with professionalism and a customer-centric approach, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patients.
